You can return your online purchase within 14 days of receiving it in accordance with Danish law. When you return your purchase, the item(s) must be in the same condition, as when you received it. The purchase should be returned in its original or other type of outer packaging in order to avoid damage to the parcel. If the item has been handled in a way that goes beyond the necessary measures to determine the functionality and features of the product, the purchase amount will be reduced partly according to Danish law.
You must enclose the return slip that came with the order - alternatively a written note containing your name, order number, contact information and reason for your return.

We will refund the purchase amount as soon as possible, after we have received the item(s) and ensured that the returned item(s) matches the requirements for the return of goods and purchase cancellation legislation. We credit return items upon receipt, and therefore you will receive the purchase amount, at the earliest, the following day, after we have received your returned item(s). You will receive an order refund confirmation confirming the completion of your return. Please contact our Customer Service in case you have any questions in regards to the process.
If your received item(s) are non-conforming or we have delivered an incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service right away. If you notice the non-conformity or incorrect goods at the time of delivery, you should if possible refuse to receive the goods.
Should you, upon receiving your order find that it is faulty, defective or simply the wrong product, you are required to inform underingskompagniet / MDK within a reasonable period of time of receiving the item(s), however no later than 14 days from the delivery date.
You are thereafter entitled to a two-year warranty on defective or faulty goods purchased at our webshop. The warranty is invalidated if the defect or problem occurs as a result of misuse or any other action likely to result in damages to the product.
You can claim your warranty by sending an email describing the defect on the products with attached photos to email@example.com. We reserve the right with one attempt to correct the defect or replace the product with a similar undamaged item rather than providing a full refund.
You are not responsible for costs associated with the return of non-conforming goods or incorrect goods. We will refund the purchase price and of course the delivery costs once we have received the goods, unless you choose to receive new goods to replace the original goods.
