Returns
We offer a hassle free, low cost return service for only DKK 29. This is for shipments with Denmark only (Learn more). Find more information in regards to Returns & Refunds here


International shipments (within EU)

UPS International Shipping: DKK 150

Outside EU

Delivery information

Shortly after placing your order you will receive an order confirmation. If you do not receive an order confirmation within 5 minutes, please check you spam filter or contact us by email (webshop@mdk-munderingskompagniet.com) to confirm your order.

Your order will be shipped as soon as possible and delivered to the chosen delivery address specified in your order. We only deliver to business addresses and parcel shops  - not to PO boxes. 

Your order will be delivered Monday to Friday. The time of delivery depends on the country in which the delivery takes place and the carrier used. In Denmark within 1-2 working days and as for international orders typically within 3-5 working days.

Your order must be signed for upon receipt. It does not necessarily need to be signed by you. People at the delivery address (e.g. a family member, friend, receptionist, etc.) may sign for the receipt with binding effect on you. 

Please note that the risk of loss of or damage to the parcel passes to you after delivery. If the package appears to be damaged you should refuse to receive the parcel so it will be sent back to us automatically.

Tracking your order

If you create a user account on the Website when placing your order, you can track your order by visiting your account page. When your goods are shipped, you will also receive an email with tracking number.

If you do not have a user account, you can contact Customer Service who will do their best to give you information on the status of your order.
